Just one more day to knowing my results. Man.. I'm beginning to feel nervous. My mind's split into two. Both hoping and praying for the best, and at the same time preparing for the unexpected. But if anything were to happen, I'm already assured that there'd be no more chemotherapy for me, but surely, I'd have to go for radiotherapy instead to prevent further relapse of my tumour. I was thinking that this could be just the theoretical reason of doing.
But if my life is destined to be short, I can't wait to finish what my God has called me to do.
If I never get to see my wrinkles in the mirror at all, I'd rather fulfill my secondary dreams - To see the Northern Lights in the Arctic, and visit the Kremlin & the St. Basil's Cathedral in Russia - hopefully, I'll get to see them with my beloved.
The best thing is that I could live without carrying that scar of tumour in my chest. It's best if it can go away, and stop ruining my life.
One of my dreams now, is to live, as long as I can. Each day, showing love to those who are around me; encouraging my friends to my best ability; spending time with my two old friends. I'll taste every good food I can find here in this island; enjoy luxury of as many places as I can possibly go; have as much fun as I can.
Well, that's a thought for now. Life is short, but I believe that if you know where you're going, you'll be happier. God is what we're living for; every moment is for Him. Nothing unexpected may have happened to you for now, but if ever it did, know that it's only for moment. Stand on God's Words and Promises; draw strength, courage and fighting spirit. Endure. Surrender. Since nothing has happened, cherish everything as much as you can. Cherish also every prayer for yourself so that nothing unexpected may happen to you. I pray for the wellness and health of all my brothers and sisters; and I pray that the flame in their hearts for Jesus will remain eternal. Amen.
